1. Acceptance
By using the Ponylandia website and making a purchase or submitting your information, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Reservations and Payments
All sales made through the website are final. Due to the nature of our service and the logistics involving animals, no refunds are given for no-shows or late arrivals. You may reschedule your visit with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
3. Conduct and Family Environment
Ponylandia is a space dedicated to family and educational coexistence. We promote an environment of respect and inclusion; therefore, we do not discriminate against anyone based on religion, sexual preference, economic status, or any other characteristic. However, to preserve the farm's family nature, any type of inappropriate romantic or sexual behavior that violates good customs and public order is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, it is mandatory to follow our staff's instructions at all times to ensure visitor safety and animal welfare. Animal abuse, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior are grounds for immediate and permanent removal from the premises, without right to any refund or compensation.
4. Marketing and Communication
By registering your details, you agree to receive marketing communications by email and phone related exclusively to Ponylandia. We do not sell your data to third parties or send advertising not directly associated with our interactive farm.
5. Liability
Ponylandia takes all safety measures to protect its visitors. However, interacting with animals and a natural environment carries intrinsic risks. The use of our facilities is at your own risk, and adults are responsible for the constant supervision of minors in their care.
6. Food and Beverages
For the safety and health of our animals, bringing outside food or beverages into the farm is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, Ponylandia is a 100% alcohol-free space; the consumption or entry of alcoholic beverages is totally forbidden and grounds for immediate removal.
7. Internal Food Services
Should food or snacks be offered within the farm, the customer is responsible for checking ingredients for potential allergies. Ponylandia is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of food products offered at our facilities.
8. Image Rights and Social Media
By entering Ponylandia, visitors grant express consent for authorized farm staff to capture their image and that of children in their care through photographs or videos. Such materials may be used exclusively for promotional, advertising, or content purposes on our official social media and website. If you do not wish to appear in our content, please inform our staff upon arrival.
9. Weather and Force Majeure
Ponylandia is an outdoor venue. In the event of heavy rain or weather conditions that endanger visitors or animals, the farm reserves the right to suspend activities. No cash refunds will be made; instead, a courtesy coupon will be issued to reschedule the visit for a later date.
10. Personal Property Damage
Interacting with animals and a farm environment carries the risk of accidental stains or damage to clothing and footwear. Ponylandia is not responsible for damage to clothes, shoes, accessories, or the loss of personal items such as mobile phones and cameras during the visit at our facilities.
